Natural Beauty
|
 |
There are three very different features that define Pinnacle Point
Beach & Golf Resort. Firstly, the two secluded beaches which
are ensconced on the four kilometers of dramatic Southern Cape
coastline. Secondly, the land itself. Pinnacle Point is situated on
400 hectares of fynbos and milkwood thicket. Lastly, the weather.
Mossel Bay is renowned to have one of the most temperate climates
in the world - second only to Hawaii. |
A Natural Lifestyle
|
 |
Pinnacle Point is designed around and incorporates three separate
residential components - 120 golf lodges, 114 golf villas and 406
freehold erven. But with development planning in partnership with
nature, and the approval of environmental and conservation
authorities, Pinnacle Point offers a great deal more than just
golf.
The 400 hectare area that makes up Pinnacle Point Beach & Golf
Resort, is home to 264 varieties of proteanoid and limestone
fynbos, as well as coastal milkwood thickets that are all
ecologically and archaeologically sensitive. With this in mind,
almost 300 hectares will remain undeveloped, with 120 hectares set
aside for a nature reserve and nature trails, where various species
of indigenous buck will be re-introduced to enhance the natural
aspect of the area.
Pinnacle Point Beach & Golf Resort is a coastal development
with homes subtly integrated into the fabric of the golf course and
the envelope of the nature reserve.

The Pinnacle Point Lifestyle
|
 |
Pinnacle Point Beach & Golf Resort not only offers golfers a
unique experience every time they play, but also offers residents
the opportunity to find the peace and tranquility associated with a
coastal lifestyle.
All residents automatically become members of the homeowners
association, as this will be an important mechanism to ensure that
quality of life enjoyed by all residents is maintained, and that
the needs and concerns of the owners are addressed. |
Real Luxury Living
|
 |
Pinnacle Point is an exclusive Beach and Golf Resort development
offering a 5-star coastal lifestyle and is centered around a
dramatic 18-hole golf course with several holes along the cliff
side, overlooking the warm Indian Ocean.
Pinnacle Point is only a 3 hour drive from Cape Town, and a mere 20
minutes from the George International Airport.
High priority has also been placed on ensuring that Pinnacle Point
will be a safe and secure environment, and a security fence with
high-tech access control surrounds it. Furthermore, the
neighbouring casino, hotel and estate all have their own seperate
entrance. |
