What is Fractional Ownership?
Fractional Ownership simply means the division of an asset into portions or shares. Fractional Ownership and asset-sharing gives you an ideal way to get the most out of your investment by purchasing only the shares you require from an expensive asset. Shareholders do not necessarily know one-another, their only interaction is at the Annual General Meeting of homeowners, when the financial statements are submitted, budgets discussed and general operations discussed. There are 13 shares, and thus a maximum of 13 shareholders. Some shareholders can take up more than one share.

Each property will have an open plan kitchen, dining and living areas, undercover barbeque area and a large patio complete with furniture.
Utilisation of your Fraction
The number of weeks are predetermined on a schedule and every shareholder has the right to use his/her allocated weeks. The roster normally advances with one or two weeks per annum, which means you have a different time allocation every year. It is feasible to swap dates or combining weeks and this is usually done at the discretion of the Fraction owners. Every owner will be given a personal calendar highlighting their dates of use for a number of years in advance, thus allowing ample time to make changes.
